How I’m Going to Make it to ONEderland…..
For some people one program works for their entire journey…..BUT I know myself and my self diagnosed ADD tells me that I’m going to have to use a few different methods to make this all work. For food monitoring I will be using Weight Watchers and my bodybugg. For exercise I will be using a combination of RPM (spinning) and weight training. I’ll throw in a few other cardio methods when I feel like I need a break from cycling!
More later this week on the bodybugg….what it does and how I’ll incorporate it.
